Booking Terms:
Please Note: By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. I look forward to meeting you.
Deposit:
- A mandatory non-refundable deposit is required for all makeup services.
- For in-studio or freelance services, a $30 non-refundable deposit is necessary.
- Other services, including photoshoots and bridal packages, require a 30% deposit.
- Deposits can be transferred once for rescheduling.
- The remaining balance is due in cash on the day or via bank transfer before the event.
Travel Fees:
- A travel fee of $1.80/km applies for the round trip.
- Any parking fees will be added to your invoice.
- A $10 fee will be applied if the appointment is delayed by 15 minutes.
- Appointments canceled after 15 minutes will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
- A $10 deduction will be made if the makeup artist is running late.
Cancellation Policy:
- Please email or cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice.
- For bridal and event hair and makeup services, the deposit cannot be refunded.
